Usmanah or Uthmanah is an Arabic name for girls that means baby snake. It also means baby houbara, which a large type of bird. It is the feminine form of Usman/Uthman, which is the name of the third Muslim leader (caliph) after the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah upon him and his companions.
