Mudathir is a direct Quranic name for boys that means clothed, enveloped in garments, or dressed (in a particular way, mudathir fi burdatun sawdaaun means dressed in a black garment). It is the name of chapter 74 of the Quran and it is used in the first verse of the chapter to describe Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
